Trüffelbutter ist eine Gabe Gottes. Wirklich. Ich habe ein Kartoffelpüree mit Trüffelbutter gemacht und was soll ich sagen? Ick hätt ma rinnlejen könnn.
Jetzt bin ich sehr froh, dass ich noch mehr Trüffelbutter im Kühlschrank habe und über das Wochenende weiter spielen kann. Wahrscheinlich wird es eine Kartoffelsuppe geben. Wenn ich gut bin, dann mache ich vorher noch schnell eine Brühe selber.
Oh – und die bunten Tagliatelle mit Trüffelbutter waren auch sehr schön.
