@ Angela: Please excuse my apperentice for the wrong information. He has mastered ONLY Bibimbap for 2 yrs, because he is a taledted hobby-cook. (it takes definitely more than 2 yrs for average people. About 2 yrs to exercise how to cut vegetables, 2 yrs to wash rice...etc.)

the next step for him is to understand the &quot;deep world of the taste korean cusine&quot;. I`m not sure, how long does he take to comprehend this abstrct concept..it is too difficult for words.]]></description>
